DAVID CALDWELL NAMED BRANCH MANAGER, COMMERCE BANK

Kansas City, MO - June 23, 2003 - David Caldwell has been promoted to Branch Manager of the 119th and Strang Line Commerce Banking Center in Olathe. His responsibilities include new business development and general management of the branch and its staff.

Previously, David was Branch Manager at both the Overland Park Hen House and Leawood Price Chopper Banking Centers. He enjoys fishing, boating and plays trombone for his church orchestra. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Mid America Nazarene University and currently pursuing a MBA at Baker University.
