As an Online Banking customer, you may be assured that you will not be held liable in the unlikely event of funds being improperly removed from your personal bank accounts due to Online Banking, including Online Account Access and Online Bill Pay, either through online theft of your account numbers or password, or by unauthorized removal of funds from your accounts through Online Banking.
 You are responsible for keeping your password, account numbers, personal information and account data confidential, and for informing us as soon as possible if you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction in your account or you believe the security of your password has been compromised. To report any such activity, call us at
1-800-986-2265.
You are also responsible for promptly reviewing your bank statement. We will reimburse you for unauthorized transfers from your account if you notify us within 60 days of the transaction first appearing on your statement.
You are protected in the unlikely event of unauthorized transactions or processing delays.
- If you suspect fraud, just notify us properly within 2 business days of when you suspect an unauthorized transaction and your liability will be no more than $50.
- We will bear the responsibility for any late-payment-related charges (up to $50) should a payment arrive after its due date as long as you scheduled the transaction in accordance with the services terms and conditions.
