- A Commerce Bank business account
- Your Tax ID number
- Your Social Security Number – if you also want to view your personal accounts at Commerce Bank

- Read the Terms and Conditions. Once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, you will be asked to enter information about you and your company.
Take advantage of both Small Business Online Banking and Small Business Bill Pay. You will need to enroll separately for each service.

After you have enrolled, Commerce will verify the information as a security precaution. Once verified, you will receive a letter in the mail within 5 business days that you are enrolled in Small Business Online Banking.
Direct Connect - Quicken®, QuickBooks®, or Microsoft® Money Enrollment:
Direct Connect - lets you update your account information, transfer funds, or pay bills directly through the Quicken, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Money software by using a direct connection to the bank.
