Entry:  NO PURCHASE OR ACCOUNT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  Enter by answering online questions about the Pittsburg State University Gorilla Card microsite and completing a register to win form online at commercebank.com/gorillacard. The registration will take place from June 1 through September 30, 2008.

You may also enter by mailing in an entry form with your name, address, age and daytime and evening phone numbers to: Commerce Bank PSU Gorilla Card Textbook Sweepstakes, Commerce Bank, 8000 Forsyth Blvd, Mailstop CBIR-1, St. Louis, MO 63105.  Entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. September 30, 2008.  Only one entry per envelope, please.  Multiple entries by means of software-generated or other automated or mechanical processes will be disregarded at the sole discretion of Commerce Bank.

Drawing for prizes will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2008.  The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about October 6, 2008.  If a winner cannot be contacted by telephone by October 10, 2008, another winner may be drawn for that specific prize.  The awarded prize is to be picked up by the winner in person at the Commerce Bank Banking Center in the Overman Student Center, 302 E. Cleveland, Pittsburg KS  66762.

Prizes:  One (1) $500 gift certificate for the University Bookstore in the Overman Student Center.

Eligibility:  You must be a student enrolled at Pittsburg State University for the fall, 2008 semester, with a valid PSU ID card.  Employees of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. and subsidiaries, affiliates or agents and their immediate family (parents, spouse, brother, sister or children) and individuals living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible to win.  Void where prohibited by law.  Contest subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of Commerce Bank as final.  Entrants agree to allow all contest sponsors the right to use their names, photos or recorded voices in any publicity related to the contest/promotion without additional compensation.

To Claim Prize:  Prizes to be picked up by the winners at the Commerce Bank Banking Center in the Overman Student Center, 302 E. Cleveland, Pittsburg KS  66762.  Winners must present proof of identification in the form of photo ID and a valid PSU ID card. 

Names of Winners:  The name of the winner will be available once officially announced through Commerce Bank at this phone number: (620-235-6378).

Limitations of Liability/Release:  Prize winners release Commerce Bancshares, Inc. and any subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or advertisers, and their directors, stockholders, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, and damage arising directly or indirectly from participating in this promotion or resulting from this promotion.  Prize winners waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem or claim the prize, and any liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking the redeem said prize. Any additional costs or taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Prize Limitations:  The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.  No prize supplement or substitute will be allowed unless otherwise offered by Commerce Bank.  Commerce Bank and Commerce Bancshares have not made any warranties whether written, verbal or implied, with respect to the prizes or services.

Rules:  Copies of these rules are available through www.commercebank.com/gorillacard. Commerce Bank reserves the right to change or modify these rules while the contest is in progress.  Any changes or modifications will be posted at the participating branch.

Chances of winning: Chances of winning a prize is 1: 6,000 – based on an estimate of individuals who have a valid PSU ID card.
