We offer two levels of Deluxe ID TheftBlock Coverage: Basic and Plus.
Deluxe ID TheftBlock Basic provides the following benefits after you have an incident of identity theft:

- Six months of credit monitoring, each business day
- A one-time copy of your credit report
- Up to $2,500 reimbursement for Qualified Expenses* as a result of identity theft, after a $250 deductible**
ID TheftBlock Basic is automatically provided free of charge to the primary account holder*** on all new MoreThan Free checking accounts and all new and existing CommerceOptionsSM Plus and Premium, Private Options and Benefits Banking Plus and Premium checking accounts.
Deluxe ID TheftBlock Plus provides immediate benefits upon activation:
- Proactive credit bureau monitoring that begins upon enrollment
- Membership Kit including a printed or electronic copy of your credit report, personalized creditor contact information, Certificate of Insurance and other essential information
- For electronic fulfillment, you will have anytime, on-line access to your credit report during the first 90 days. For off-line fulfillment, a hard copy will be provided to you via U.S. Mail
- Ongoing Security Alerts to notify you of certain changes or inquiries to your credit report
- Personal recovery support and resources in the event of an incident
- Up to $2,500 reimbursed for Qualified Expenses* as a result of identity theft after a $250 deductible**
The fee for Deluxe ID TheftBlock Plus is $4.49 per month per account holder. However, as a special benefit, we are waiving the fee for the primary account holder on CommerceOptionsSM Premium, Private Options or Benefits Banking Premium account. You must activate to begin your coverage using a validation code obtained from your local branch. Coverage for additional account holders may be purchased at a monthly cost of $4.49, which will be automatically deducted from your Commerce checking account.

If you suspect that you are a victim of identity theft, please call Commerce Bank immediately at 1-800-453-2265. You must file proof of loss within 4 months after the discovery of identity theft. For a copy of your Certificate of Insurance, which contains the exclusive terms and conditions, please call

*Qualified Expenses include fees and charges for notarizing documents, certified mail, long distance telephone calls and loan re-application. May also include attorney fees and lost wages.
