Statement Options

Online or paper? Choose the statement that best meets your needs.

Option 1: E-Statement

  • Free for all accounts
  • A detailed statement
  • View check images for up to 24 months in the Posted Transactions section of the Account Activity page in Online Banking
  • Access up to 7 years of statements
  • View detailed statement in Online Banking as soon as it's available
  • Receive email notification when E-Statement is available

Option 2: E-Statement with Images

  • Free for all accounts
  • A detailed statement that includes images of your cancelled checks
  • Access up to 7 years of statements
  • View detailed statement in Online Banking as soon as it's available
  • Receive email notification when E-Statement is available

Steps to Sign Up for E-Statements:

  • Log in to Online Banking and select "Customer Service"
  • Select "Choose Statement Options/Stop Paper Statements" under "Statements & Account Information"
  • Choose your E-Statement preference
  • Follow the activation instructions

To change your statement option:

  • Log in to Online Banking and choose “CUSTOMER SERVICE”
  • Select “Choose Statement Options/Stop Paper Statements” under "Statements & Account Information"
  • Choose your Statement preference
  • Follow the activation instructions

  1. The person listed first on the account must maintain a combined balance of $1,500 in Commerce checking, savings and money market accounts (qualifying balances are determined by using the actual daily balance on the day prior to the checking account statement cycle).
