Home Equity Line of Credit

The application you will be filling out can be used to apply for a home equity loan or line of credit with Commerce Bank. Home equity loans are available to qualified applicants who reside in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Oklahoma or Colorado, where Commerce Bank operates.

As part of the application process, you will be providing personal information about yourself and a co-applicant (if applicable). In order to make the application process quick and easy, you may find it helpful to have the following information available before you begin:

• Social Security Number

• Purpose of the loan

• Current employer's name and address

• Previous employer's name and address (if at current job less than 2 years)

• Gross monthly and other sources of income

• Co-applicant information (if applicable)

• Estimated market value of the property securing the loan

• Homeowner Insurance company, agent and phone number

• First mortgage loan balance and monthly payment

• If loan request is for more than $100,000, information on all assets and liabilities
