From Online Banking, follow the steps below:
You will be asked a few security questions to verify your identity in our efforts to protect you against identity fraud. After the questions are completed, click “Continue" and then click “Finished."
- Commerce checking account required.
- If you do not have a Social Security Number, you may activate Online Banking with a valid passport number or Matricula Consular from Mexico.
- To send an email that contains confidential information, please visit the Secure Message Center where there are additional instructions about whether to use Secure Email or Online Banking messaging.
