Kelly Reardon with a child at a pediatric clinic

Mission Possible

Playabilities, a multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic in Leawood, Kansas, was founded by Jeremiah and Kelly Reardon with one simple mission: to provide personalized, client-centered therapy services for children with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Its culture calls for the highest level of treatment and care for their clients.

The last thing they needed to worry about was cutting checks and stuffing envelopes to pay their bills.

The Reardon’s wanted to extend their care-driven mentality to their vendors as well, but it became a challenge to find the time to do it all.

“We needed to find a simple solution to pay our vendors via ACH as opposed to writing checks,” Jeremiah recalled. “We searched for months until Commerce Bank approached us with CashFlow Complete. After comparing it to several other options, we determined it was the best fit from both an ease-of-use and cost standpoint. Moving forward with it was a no-brainer.”

“CashFlow Complete’s efficiency allows us to pay our valued partners quickly,” said Jeremiah. “It has helped us scale our business and save on costs. We are able to pass those savings onto our clients.”

“By offering multiple lines of financial services under one roof, Commerce has helped us simplify our back-office processes. They provide the complex services of a national bank, yet they maintain a friendly approach. We’ve enjoyed our relationship so much, in fact, that we have recently moved our credit card processing over to them too.”

We often hear “time is money”, but in this case, the time Jeremiah and Kelly save with Commerce’s solutions help create better care for our community’s children. If Commerce can help an inspirational company such as Playabilities shift even a few minutes from tedious paperwork to their extraordinary mission of helping children reach their full potential, then we consider that a success.
