It's important to us that we follow through on our corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitments to generate meaningful impact. Therefore, each year we conduct a review of our CSR efforts. We then leverage best practices to publish an ESG and Sustainability Report about the results of our CSR initiatives.

The report assesses the results of our efforts in several key areas: community; customer and team member engagement; corporate governance; environmental sustainability; and creating an inclusive experience.
