Commerce Bank Central Missouri Announces Commercial Division Promotions

COLUMBIA, MO – Teresa Maledy, chairman and CEO, Commerce Bank, Central Missouri region, announced the promotions of Sarah Dubbert to executive vice president and commercial banking division manager, Central Missouri Region and Mike Ireland to executive vice president.

Dubbert is responsible for managing the commercial banking team’s business development goals and overseeing relationship management related to the bank’s commercial lending and business banking products. She has almost 15 years of business banking experience and, prior to her promotion, served as a vice president and treasury services division team leader.

Dubbert is a graduate of University of Missouri - Columbia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in secondary education and mathematics. Sarah is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) through the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). She is active in the community including formerly serving as the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Leadership Columbia co-chair, past Executive Board Member of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri, and former Executive Board Member of RAIN Central Missouri, past Treasurer of Grant Elementary PTA, while supporting the American Legion Auxiliary’s Missouri Girls State program for over 20 years, and sitting on the National Leadership Team for Kappa Delta Sorority. She is currently a board member for the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge program.

Ireland will continue leading the bank’s regional healthcare banking business and assume additional responsibility for the regional loan portfolio where he will oversee underwriting and structuring of loans. He has over 15 years of banking experience, serving in key positions for the bank in both retail and commercial line of business.

Ireland is a 1998 graduate of Missouri Western State University, St. Joseph, with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing.

Active in civic and community organizations, he is President of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri Board of Directors and member of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce.
