Commerce Bank Springfield Region Announces Commercial Division Promotions and New Hire.
Springfield, MO – Doug Neff, chairman and CEO, Commerce Bank, Springfield region, announced the promotions of Keith Noble to president of Commerce Bank Springfield region and Bob Hammerschmidt to vice chairman of Commerce Bank Springfield region. Additionally, Brent Baldwin has joined Commerce Bank as executive vice president, commercial banking division manager of Southwest Missouri region.
Baldwin is responsible for managing the commercial banking team’s business development efforts; overseeing commercial and small business relationship management for the region. He has more than 25 years of experience and, prior to joining Commerce, served as a senior leader focused on commercial banking for another financial institution. Baldwin is a graduate of Missouri State University and involved in many civic and philanthropic organizations throughout the Springfield community.
Noble will continue his focus on commercial banking and payments solutions, as well as assume additional responsibility helping to grow and retain clients across the bank. He has more than 35 years of banking experience, serving in various key leadership for the commercial line of business.
Hammerschmidt will continue his role as a senior leader working with customers from all areas of the bank and representing Commerce in the community through many civic and philanthropic organizations. With more than 40 years of banking experience, Hammerschmidt is a prominent banking professional in the Springfield community.
