Shawna Wright Named to Ingram’s WeKC Women Executive Class of 2020
Kansas City, MO – Shawna Wright, director of talent management for Commerce Bank Kansas City, has been named to Ingram’s WeKC Class of 2020. The award recognizes positive executive leadership and significant contributions to the Kansas City region overall.
Wright provides trusted, strategic counsel on workforce and recruitment issues while helping to ensure Commerce has the talent needed to execute its most important strategies. Her deep expertise has influenced decisions on everything from organizational and workforce structure, to team member recruitment and relations, to change and performance management. Today, Shawna leads talent management services covering the bank’s western footprint including 2,500 employees in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma.
