Dana Ausburn Named to Springfield Business Journal's 40 under 40

Springfield, MO – Dana Ausburn, vice president, commercial banking, has been named to the Springfield Business Journal 2021 40 Leaders Under Forty. The award is an annual celebration of young leadership in Springfield. Ausburn was selected among more than 100 nominations and will be recognized alongside the other 2021 honorees at a special event on Thursday, March 25th.

Ausburn is responsible for commercial banking business development efforts and managing new and existing relationships throughout the Southwest market. Her knowledge and experience spans across a variety of industries. Ausburn also brings deep expertise in the area of healthcare financing, credit analysis and payment solutions.

Ausburn plays an active role in the community through volunteerism with several local organizations including GYN Cancers Alliance (GYNCA), Junior League, and a founding board member of the Sculpture Walk Springfield. She is also a member of Leadership Springfield Class of 34, of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce’s The Network. Ausburn is a graduate of Commerce Bank’s 2017 leadership development program. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in finance and real estate from University of Missouri.
