Jerrell Thomas

St. Louis, MO – Commerce Bank team member and Salesforce Analyst Jerrell Thomas will be inducted into the Regional Business Council’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) 2021-2022 Leadership 100 Cohort on September 30. When he is not promoting adoption of and ensuring data integrity within our systems, Jerrell lends his time and talents to the St. Louis Area Foodbank, Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, and International Institute of St. Louis to name a few organizations.

Young professionals, like Jerrell, are selected for this honor based on their demonstrated leadership and service to the community. He joins seven other Commerce team members in the YPN Leadership 100 group.

The broader Young Professionals Network (YPN), of which the Leadership 100 is a part, is a forum for building lasting connections, sharing big ideas and supporting the future of the St. Louis region. The network is composed of more than 4,200 diverse professionals between the ages of 21-45 representing over 700 companies.

“Commerce Bank is excited Jerrell has been selected for the 2021-2022 cohort of the Leadership 100,” said Executive Vice President, Talent and Corporate Administration Sara Foster. “Jerrell demonstrates his leadership skills in his role supporting our relationship managers and as co-chair of our multicultural employee resource group, VIBE. He lives out our core values through his pursuit of excellence in his professional endeavors and dedication to building strong communities in the region. This honor is well deserved.”

The Regional Business Council launched the Young Professionals Network in 2008 to attract, retain and develop a highly skilled diverse workforce in the St. Louis region by providing valuable opportunities for networking, professional development, and community involvement. Members can attend social, philanthropic, cultural, and professional development events throughout the year and serve on various committees focused on engagement within the group and the St. Louis community.
