Doug Neff strengthens Commerce Bank leadership team as he advances Commerce Bank’s community strategy

Springfield, Mo. – Doug Neff, formerly chairman and chief executive officer of Commerce Bank, Southwest Region, has been promoted to director, community markets for all of Commerce Bank. He has responsibility for executing the bank’s community market strategy across Missouri, Kansas and Illinois.

“It has been my honor to lead our teams in Southwest Missouri for almost 10 years,” said Neff. “I will apply the best practices I learned here to all of Commerce Bank’s community markets and share new ideas with this team. I will still be engaged and working with the Southwest Region executive team to provide the service and innovation our customers expect from Commerce Bank.”

Commerce Bank’s southwest region executive team includes Keith Noble, president, Commerce Bank, Springfield; Brent Baldwin, executive vice president, commercial division manager; and Clive Veri, senior market manager. Noble will lead the bank’s advisory board and community engagement across Springfield. Baldwin will continue to lead the team of commercial bankers meeting the complex and varied needs of business customers. Veri will continue to lead teams in Joplin and add oversight of Bolivar and Lebanon in Missouri and Pittsburg and Columbus in Kansas.
