Steve Bloemer named to Ohio Business Magazine’s Ohio 500
Kansas City, Mo. – Steve Bloemer, EVP, commercial banking division manager, has been selected as a member of the inaugural “Ohio 500,” a list of the most influential executives across the state, presented by Ohio Business Magazine.
Bloemer joined Commerce Bank in 2005 to establish the corporate banking office in Cincinnati, Ohio. His industry knowledge, experience in the region, and deep commitment to customer service has served as a catalyst for Commerce’s success. He currently oversees the growth of Commerce’s Ohio, Indiana and Michigan teams and the expansion of corporate banking relationships throughout the Tri-State area.

Steve earned his B.S. in Agronomy and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He is an active community volunteer and proudly serves on the Foundation Board for Cincinnati State Technical & Community College as well as the Finance Committee for its Board of Trustees. In addition, he is an engaged Board Member for Archbishop McNicholas High School with additional responsibilities as the Facilities Committee Chair.
