Commerce Bank leaders cut the ribbon at Commerce Bank Tower

ST. LOUIS – Commerce Bank hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony today to celebrate the completion of Commerce Bank Tower, a Class A+ office building at the corner of Forsyth Boulevard and North Meramec. David Kemper, executive chairman, Commerce Bancshares, Inc., John Kemper, president and chief executive officer, Commerce Bancshares, Inc., St. Louis County Executive Dr. Sam Page, Missouri’s Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe and Mayor of the City of Clayton Michelle Harris provided remarks.

Commerce Bank Tower is a 15-story glass building featuring 10 floors and 250,000+ sq. ft. of office space and 7,200+ sq. ft. of first floor retail space. Amenities include a one-acre garden terrace on the sixth floor, ground-floor retail space, and tenant access to a 7,500 sq. ft. fitness facility. The building was designed by architectural firm Christner Architects to meet LEED Silver certification, with a green roof and electric vehicle charging stations in the more than 1,200-car parking garage.
