Commerce Bank named as one of the Best Companies to Work For in the Banks Industry by U.S. News & World Report

St. Louis — Commerce Bank debuted on U.S. News & World Report’s inaugural list of the 2024 Best Companies to Work For in the Banks Industry. To be eligible for inclusion on this list, U.S. News considered public companies that were part of the Russell 3000 index as of June 2023 and rated in the top 20% of their industry that had a minimum of 75 U.S.-based Glassdoor reviews between 2020-2022.

Using publicly available data, eligible companies were then rated on six key metrics based on employee perceptions of quality of pay and benefits, work/life balance and flexibility, job and company stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and esteem, and career opportunities and professional development. Commerce Bank earned especially high remarks on work-life balance and flexibility.
