St. Louis – Commerce Bank was named to Newsweek’s inaugural America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity list. Newsweek partnered with market data research firm Plant-A Insights “to help job applicants, customers and potential business partners…tell who is serious about supporting a diverse workforce and who is not.”

From the 350,000 company reviews researchers received, they identified 1,000 companies that employees say really respect and value individual differences. Their scoring was based on a review of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals and an anonymous online survey of a diverse pool of employees at companies with 1,000 or more employees in the U.S.

Commerce Bank is excited to be recognized for the intentional efforts made to ensure team members experience a sense of belonging. “We know Commerce Bank is only at its best when our people are,” said Felecia Hogan, senior vice president and director of diversity, equity and inclusion, Commerce Bank. “That is why we’ve worked thoughtfully to establish a variety of programs and initiatives designed to embrace an inclusive and diverse culture. It makes Commerce Bank a place to thrive and grow professionally.”
