Commerce Bank named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families by Newsweek

St. Louis, MO — Commerce Bank recently earned its spot on Newsweek’s list for America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families, receiving a four-star rating. This marks the second consecutive year Commerce Bank has received this recognition since the award’s inception in 2023. Newsweek and data analytics firm, Plant-A Insights Group, surveyed more than 113,000 working parents and identified the top 1,000 family-friendly companies.

From the 693,000 company reviews received, employees provided insights and experiences surrounding corporate culture, working conditions, and additional drivers of employee satisfaction. The methodology was based on a five-stage evaluation: A pre-study survey with HR professionals to understand employee satisfaction drivers, the employee survey among parents, collection of seven key performance indicators relevant for parents in the workplace, media monitoring of all published press over the past 24 months, and validation of individual company scores.
