Commerce Bank named to Forbes’ America’s Best Midsize Employer list for seventh year in a row
ST. LOUIS – Commerce Bank again earned a spot on Forbes’ 2024 America’s Best Midsize Employers List for the seventh consecutive year. With the challenging job market and shortage of workers in the U.S. over the last several years, retaining and attracting top talent is more important than ever and the companies recognized on this list have proven their ability.
With the help of research firm Statista, Forbes evaluated over 3,000 employers and surveyed more than 170,000 U.S.-based workers at companies with 1,000 to 5,000 employees in the country. Participants were asked to rate their employer and if they would recommend them to others. After comprehensive research and survey evaluations, the top 400 companies were awarded.
“What an accomplishment to be recognized as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers for the seventh year in a row,” said Kim Jakovich, senior vice president and executive director, talent management, Commerce Bank. “We take this recognition seriously as we continue our focus on retaining top talent and helping our team members develop and grow in their careers with us. It’s particularly meaningful because the feedback from our team members has validated the work we have done year after year to create an environment where they feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.”
