Commerce Bank recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families by Newsweek

St. Louis — Commerce Bank was recently named to Newsweek’s inaugural list for America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families and scored a 5-star rating. Newsweek and data firm Plant-A Insights Group surveyed over 36,000 parents and identified the top 800 family-friendly companies in the U.S. with at least 1,000 employees.

From the 224,000 reviews collected, employees evaluated their company on eight different categories, which included company image, corporate culture, working environment, work-life balance, training and career progression, compensation and benefits, sustainability awareness, and proactive management of the diverse workforce. Participants also rated how likely they would recommend their company as an employer.

“We are incredibly honored and proud to be recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families,” said Kim Jakovich, senior vice president and executive director, talent management, Commerce Bank. “This acknowledgement underscores our dedication to creating an inclusive culture and helping team members focus on what matters most so they can be at their best. We understand the importance of work-life balance and the unique challenges faced by parents and extend support and opportunities to help them along their journey, both at work and at home. Thanks to our incredible team for playing their part in making Commerce Bank a workplace that truly values and supports families.”
