Leave Information
Commerce provides Leaves of Absence under the guidelines of the Family Medical Leave Act for all team members who are employed for at least 12 months and have worked 1250 hours.
New Leaves effective 7/1/2024
Matrix will start managing new leaves beginning July 1, 2024.
The Commerce Benefits team will continue to manage leaves that are active/open prior to the Matrix start date until they end.
The Matrix system will be available starting July 1, 2024, if you need to start a new leave. Please contact Matrix using any of the following methods:
