Great Customer Service
Having dealt with many credit card issuers over the years, I can say Commerce is one of the best. Any issues I have had have been taken care of promptly. The customer services reps are always professional, courteous, and friendly! If Commerce had banks in my area, I would do my regular banking with them as welll.

VERY dissatisfied
There is NO dispute column! I have a charge on my card from china that I did NOT make, and I have tried for 6 months to have it removed. I have emailed and called 8-9 times. I have spent no less than 45 minutes each time I call and can never get through. I have no intentions of paying this charge.
