Customer service not helpful
Can not set up online access to my new card. Customer service is not helpful, can’t figure it out, said I need to go to a branch for help. Can’t use it until account access is set up. Don’t understand how they can’t help over the phone.

Very difficult to increase credit limit
I have no issues with the card EXCEPT that I have a stellar credit score (more than 800) and I cannot get a realist credit limit. I currently have a 5K limit and to get more I have to apply for another card and then ask for the limits of the two cards to be merged which is ridiculous amt of effort to increase my limit be a few thousand. No other banks make it so difficult. Why do you??
