Paperless Statements

Keep your statements — lose the paper.

Bank statements are important financial records — but keeping track of them can take up time and space. Simplify your record keeping by switching to paperless statements.

With paperless statements, you can view and print up to seven years of account statements for your personal checking, savings, money market and credit card accounts — all in one place — from the convenience of Online Banking or the Commerce Bank Mobile App.

Ready to sign up for free paperless statements?

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Under “Customer Service,” click “Account Management”
  3. Choose “Statement & Overdraft/Insufficient Funds Notice Options”
  4. Make your selection on screen, accept the Terms and Conditions, and save your preferences

View your statements

In Online Banking:
  1. In the “Accounts” section of Online Banking, go to “Statements” (on the left-hand menu)
  2. Click on the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the account and statement you wish to view
  4. Click on the statement you want to view
In the mobile app:

From the Account Summary page, click on the account related to the statement you want to view.

  1. Click on “View” next to “Statements”
  2. Click on “View” next to the statement you want to view
