How do I set up Direct Deposit?
To set up a direct deposit of your paycheck or other qualifying deposit to your checking or savings account, you’ll need to:
- Print out and complete the Direct Deposit Authorization form [PDF] . Include your routing and account number on the form. These can be found on the bottom of your checks, through Online Banking (on your Account Detail Page) or at a branch.
- For direct deposit to a checking account be sure to attach a voided check with the form.
- Submit the completed form to your employer’s payroll department.
To set up a direct deposit of your paycheck or other qualifying deposit to your Commerce prepaid card, you’ll need to:
- Print out and complete the Direct Deposit Authorization form [PDF]. Include your 16-digit card number and routing number on the form. Your unique routing number can be found by calling your branch or the Customer Care Center at 800-453-2265.
- Submit the completed form to your employer’s payroll department.
