The commerce bank special connections card has been a very useful product for me. From the cutting edge, mobile app, rewards in the ability to do most anything you might need directly from the iOS mobile app

Archaic website
The bill-pay website is archaic and difficult to use. Reward Redemption seems more about marketing products than customer service. The 'how much $ to apply to balance' sliding bar seems impossible to get on the correct amount. Always too high or low. After multiple tries I end up applying less than the total amount out of frustration leaving some portion of my credit unused. By design ?

Good to support AOPA. Clunky online payments
I only have this card to support AOPA. For some reason, about a year ago Commerce Bank stopped being able to accept overnight electronic transactions from my Chase accounts, so I have to have Chase send a paper check a week in advance. No one at either institution has been able to fix this, so I use my Commerce AOPA card far less than I used to.

I have never had a problem with my Commerce account, and recently, when I experienced a small glitch, I got to talk to a real person.
