  1. A cash Back redemption is applied as a statement credit. The statement credit will reduce your balance, but you are still required to make at least your minimum payment.   2. To qualify for the $150 Cash Back Bonus, you must use your new credit card account to make any combination of Purchase transactions totaling at least $1,000 excluding any transaction fees, returns, and adjustments, and excluding any type of Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, Cash Advance Transaction Fee or Cash Advance Interest charges, within the first 3 months from Account opening. A Cash Back Bonus is not valid unless customer spends the minimum amount within the designated time period. After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for Cash Back Bonus points to post to your account. To be eligible for this bonus offer, the Account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. Limit one (1) Cash Back Bonus offer per customer every 3 years.
  3. "Purchases" refers to "Net Merchandise Purchases" meaning purchases of merchandise or services on the Account, less any returned merchandise credits or service credits posted to the Account. Net Merchandise Purchases does not include Cash Advances, Balance Transfers or transactions using Convenience Checks or any associated fees. Other exclusions apply.
  4. We may end your Introductory APR and apply the Penalty APR if you fail to make the required minimum monthly payment within 60 days of the respective payment due date.

Please note that merchants self-select the category in which transactions will be listed and some merchants may be owned by other companies, therefore transactions may not be counted in the category you might expect. Purchases made using Near Field communication (NFC), virtual wallets, or similar technology may not be eligible for bonus points. Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or World Elite Mastercard® points earned for travel and restaurants.
  7. Customer must notify Commerce Bank within 60 days of receiving a statement with unauthorized Account activity.
