Superior service.
A few months ago my card was hacked and some fraudulent charges appeared on my account. When I contacted the fraud division of Commerce, the very efficient, man I spoke with canceled my existing card number and had a new card sent to me by Overnight delivery.

Similar to other Rewards cards...getting credit for $$ used is ?
I seriously feel based on looking at my card usage and rewards credits every week that I have not been credited for $$$$ on my rewards...I have paid many thousands of dollars in the past 4 months and have not gotten credit in my rewards program.

Terrible customer service
My card got locked for lack of use. Maybe reach out and give a heads up? Nobody? Okay. So I find out while try to make a purchase at a store. An actual store. Decline. Decline. Decline. I figure it's bc I havrnt used the card in a while. Call. The lady makes jokes that my name reminds her of her best friend and tells me a personal story regarding... and I'm waiting... in the store...then tells me I need to speak with another team bc they have in fact stopped my card since I haven't used it in a while. Has to transfer me. Says it sometimes take a while to get through and gives me a phone number bc I " can do it anytime! ". Like no, I'm trying to make a purchase now. Sat on hold for 10 minutes in a store with no answer. Ended up using a different card. Terrible customer service. Not sure if I'll continue using this account.
