Like the card
Called about a credit line increase and was told I'd have to open a second account and then merge them. This seems pretty complicated. Other than that I like everything the card has to offer.

Did not send me monthly statements and then charged absorbent interest and late fee when I missed one payment! I've been a responsible customer for many years and treated like a delinquent customer was too much! Done with Commerce and will not recommend it to friends!

Satisfied with card
If there was one thing you could or would improve on. When you see an account that always is on time and pays more than minimum amounts. Why wouldn't you automatically give that account a lower interest rate!

Not very flexible or helpful
Over the years that I have had this card, I have had a few opportunities to contact CommerceBank for various different needs. Each time, I have found the answer to whatever my question may be to be "no". Raise credit limit, waive the VERY occasional late payment fee, etc - These are all things that I have come to expect from other banks that I routinely deal with. All in all, I have found CommerceBank to be the LEAST helpful bank that I currently do business with. I do not expect our relationship to continue much longer.
