Terrible wait time for customer service.
3 times I have called Commerce Bank Support. First call I waited 6 minutes, second call I waited 20 minutes and disconnected, last call I waited 27 minutes, just to add the MasterCard to my Apple Wallet. All other cards were added automatically. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable, but this has to be some of the longest wait times in the industry.

Commerce Bank allowed a scammer to charge my card and backed the scammer. When Commerce Bank said they would send me their findings, they NEVER did, Commerce Bank blew me off!
