I had a this card for 25 years and just the last year or so I have to call them to let them know I want to make a major purchase after the call my card worked very well. On 2 separate occasions I try to use my card at a local department store and it was denied. Well that was embarrassing. Hope it will not happen again, or I be shopping for a new card.

Two days before our trip to Alaska there was a bogus charge made to my credit card. All of our hotel rooms and tours were made with my card, which needed to be shut down. The people at Commerce Bank helped me with every transaction I made, opening the account long enough for my charges to go though for two and a half weeks. Great service.
