This all begin when my son and his son and I were at a Royals game.
I've had a Royals credit card for at least 30 years. I am extremely satisfied.

The reward system
I donât like your point system why should I use a credit card that has expiring points. This is no way for you to show you appreciation for a Loyal customer this is why I donât use this card much anymore.I switched to a card that gives me points not one that takes them away.

Rewards
I have had my card for years. I donât charge a lot so never have enough reward to cash in. I think the points shouldnât expire. I may use a little more if they didnât.
