Review
I do not use my card that much, mainly for internet purchases. I don't get enough rewards to use them before the expire. So, I just use at my convenience.

Happy with card.
I especially like being able to use drive through at bank or inside help with Q, my personal helper who has made herself available to me. I worry when the bill is late, but that is due to the post office, not MasterCard service.

Royals Card A BUST
I called into CS to see if they could lower my credit rate. I was told that is no longer done over the phone. So, I cut my card and will be moving my balance to a card with a lower interest rate.

Interest rate
I called commerce personal a minimum of 6 month ago to discuss my interest rate as I have been a long time card holder and commerce customer. They advised me they would take a look at it and I would receive a call back within 3 days. Never heard anything. Very disappointing they wonât take time to see if they can do anything for me. Thanks RDArnold
