Over all I am pretty satisfied.
Are use online baking versus the mobile app and itâs pretty easy to navigate and keep track of my charges and make payments

Love this card!
I love this card! I was able to use some of my points on a Royals game, the customer appreciation game. It happened to be Alex Gordon Day at the K and we got to meet Alex! It was a lot of fun, we had a great time! Thank you!

Mostly Extremely Satisfied
This survey is very timely! Iâll note the two things that are contrary to my title description: 1) I have been a very long time customer and despite the fact that my credit score has been as high as 802, Commerce denied my request to lower my CC interest rate. I found this perplexing and was left to assume that credit score was not an impactful factor. As mentioned, Iâm also a very long-term customer. Still, this seemed to be of no value. This begs the questionâdoes Commerce ever offer lower interest rates for its long-term, loyal customers? I have decided to pay off my balances and will be shopping for other CC alternatives. That said, I LOVE Commerce and your customer service in all other areas is nothing short of FANTASTIC! I recommend Commerce to everyone I know.
