Multiple problems with a recent rewards redemption.
Your organization is not aware that I have been a 40+ year member! During two recent follow up phone calls to attempt to resolve this I was continually transferred from one customer service agent/Department with no resolution. Your customer service appears to be nonexistent!

Terrific option
The Royals MasterCard is a terrific option for a credit card. Commerce Bank is a great bank to work with, and the Royals MasterCard has many valuable perks!
