Service Unsurpassed

Nothing very special about this card.
You extend smaller credit limits than my other cards. Therefore I don't use your cards much. Things are much more expensive these days making your cards unusable in some cases. Kind of puzzling when I see other customers with the same card that have less income and lower credit scores than mine with higher limits. Oh well I'll just keep using Citibank and chase for those larger purchases.

I like the idea that I can receive rewards for using the card/the statements are clear and easy to understand/it's good to be able to see a credit rating with each statement.

I'm extremely satisfied with my Royals rewards card
I got my Royals card when I filled out an application at Kauffman Stadium to receive a free baseball. Ever since then I have been extremely satisfied with the service

Great bank
All people I have dealt with have been very thorough and nice. Only disappointment I have is that they chose to close the inside of their Banks and you can't really get anything done inside.
