Love the staff at the Leawood Branch.....they are all amazing....Really miss Jodi....happy she was promoted.....sad to see her leave Leawood

It's ok
I like receiving emails on payments and statements and paying online. I've found it more difficult than I care to bother with to set up automatic payments. Every time your "improve" the site, it just means it is harder for me to find the features that I like to use. But overall, it is okay.

Communication
Commerce Bank uses many forms of communication to inform the user of card events. It is very much a great feature.

CC Summary
Appreciate customer service when a question arises. Overall service is good. Have tried to use a card in another city (Springfield, MO) to buy a house warming and large item gift for a family member that was denied. Another card covered it - so no big deal. Cannot find security settings online to ensure purchase goes through in another city. Regards, Paul C.
