Very satisfied
I donât use the app to manage my credit account because I received a pop-up message while in the app that some of my information may have been leaked. So I just deleted it and manage everything on line. No problems there

I am so frustrated!!!!!
I have been trying to get email statements for months and getting no response from Commerce. Right now I have to keep calling the toll-free number to find out my balance, typing a letter and mailing it with my check because I am not getting statements. One each letter I request email statements or mailed statements and every month you don't do what I request. I do not have a checking or savings account with Commerce now so have not used your online banking for a few years. I no longer have access. I just want you to send me statements in some form. Why is that so hard?????!!!!!

Overall Bart satisfied + a suggestion
I am very happy with my Visa card and Commerce Bank overall. My card is flexible and online access is very easy. And the rewards points are nice too!
Here is my suggestion. In September 2021 I forgot to make my payment on time. (Maybe for the first time). It was my fault and was very frustrating. Could the bank send an email reminder the due date or a day before? Not your responsibility to do this of course but would be very helpful in my situation.
