Decent Card
Overall the Special Connections Credit card is decent. I like that there are no fees. It would be nice to be able to choose the category(s) that earn higher points. It would also be wonderful if the points didn't expire as there are always circumstances which prevent the use of the points or to be able to accumulate the points to make larger point purchases such as trips, etc.

No problems
I have not been aware of the many special features listed in this survey and honestly don't know what most of them are. But I've never had any problem with this card. It gives me what I want/need.

Lost A Long Time Card Holder.....
This was once my favorite card. It is now my least favorite. I was unable to make on-line payments several times. I called customer service and never got help. Despite numerous emails and screen shots of my payment attempts, I was charged late fees and my credit limit was reduced. This negatively affected my credit.
