Online access & transfer of records thru Quicken.
System is flawless. Direct Connect through Quicken allows me to effectively manage my checking and CC accounts with ease, auditing purchase transactions, verifying deposits or identifying unusual payee titles.

I was unaware
To this is a card to do business with and I was unaware of most of the features because I don't use them. I find the reward points accumulate slowly but I don't use this card that much. I find the redemption process for reward points confusing.

I'm not quite sure what features are included with my Special Connections.. I've had a credit card with Commerce for so long, I probably don't know when the features were introduced. I am happy to have my FICO score on my bill .I wish that rewards points expiration dates were on the bill also. I think I lost points in the past because they weren't on the bill..Also not happy that rental car collision damage is no longer offered or the warranty manager.

Happy with my card
I am grateful for my credit and my statement notifications. I am concerned that it is hard to speak to someone during this COVID19 time. I called, left a message regarding a charge I did not make or approve and it took almost 2 weeks to get it rectified. I sent emails and called and end up contacting the person that charged on my card and informed them I had cancelled my subscription in May and the renewal wasn't until October. I hate that it is hard to contact a human. But I do like the people I have dealt with in the pass. Thank you
