EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!
I have connected to Commerce Bank several times and NEVER SATISFIED with the service of cust. service AT ALL!. I am using this card the most for my purchases, and I had been very DISSATISFIED with the people at Customer Service or any other department..Yesterday, Oct. 8/20, I called for Dispute dept. and they transfer me to Security Dpt. BIG mistake, I was talking to a lady NOT nice or polite!! thinking I was talking with the dept. I asked and she could not help, also told me that the DISPUTE DPT. takes too long time to answer!.Every time I called the credit card I an using COMMERCE BANK, I get upset, it is NOT good for a senior lady 79 years old!.Also, the dispute TIME with that card it is EXTREMELY LONG , DIFFERENT TO OTHERS i HAVE EXPERIMENTED BEFORE. .It has BAD communication with that COMMERCE BANK. They never is for me as it should be!!!.I only wish I could transfer the balance to another card better polite and good for the customers/client!.At this point I don't know how is my situation with the dispute I have open I need to do another dispute, I called yesterday Oct. 8/20 to that department and kept waiting, at the end, they left the phone ringing and ringing and NOBODY ANSWERED!!.I am thinking a bal. tranf. to another BETTER BANK..Luisa Neyra

Archaic Paying Bill By Phone
Most banks allow you to call and make a payment and remember your account number that you pay with. Your bank makes me input my routing number and account number EVERY TIME. This is a pain.
