Bare bones
It's a good basic credit card for someone who pays off their balance every month, like I do, and I'm thankful there isn't an annual fee. However, the interest rate is exorbitant considering my high credit score, and I don't get to earn any rewards. If I ever apply for a credit card that offers rewards, I'm going somewhere other than Commerce. Also, I hate that Commerce charges for paper statements. It's a petty way to treat good, reliable customers.

I like the competition better
PNC has amazing customer service. It's not just because we have a large account there. At any branch in the country they great me at the door, and usually invite me into an office to do my deposit or cash a check. They take that time to tell me about services that might make things easier for me. It has created a lot of goodwill that endures through the inconvenience of banking through the pandemic. I hate drive up windows. I can't reach things.

Notifications Disappeared
Our e-mail notifications that a bill was due. We only get an electronic invoice, so we almost missed two invoices. When I got on web site. Options were un-clicked. I reset and all seems well now, but I am a little wary of how that happened and will it happen again. I have no time nor desire to constantly check the web page settings
