Top-Notch Customer Service Agent
Being a new checking account (and debit card) customer with your bank, I needed a bit of advice on various items such as setting up a PIN number for my debit card. I was EXTREMELY fortunate to have my call on Saturday afternoon answered by your customer service agent named Dee...Even though it was close to the end of your telephone customer service hours for the day, Dee made sure I was able to get all the way through the system to both set up and then confirm my PIN number on the debit card...Her knowledge of the Commerce Bank customer service system was remarkable. Plus, she seemed genuinely interested in helping me accomplish my objective. Even on a Saturday afternoon when the clock was approaching "quitting time" for her. I consider myself very fortunate my call was answered by Dee. It is possible you may have other representatives at Commerce Bank equally as good as Dee, but I am sure there are no other cust. svc. reps better than her...Mark F..Denver, CO

Confused with extras
I was unaware of many of the features my card offered. When I have gone into my bank these features were never discussed. At this tume it is difficult to get thru, but the employees have helped when I had problems.
