Commerce needs to raise my limit.

I feel very secure using this card.

For some reason our cards are locked. We were on vacation and can't use the card

I have relied on Commerce Bank's "live customer service representatives" during the last 3 years to keep my account safe. While everyone claims their online banking system/program is safe, the reality of today's high-tech era demonstrates the very opposite. Nothing and no one's truly safe. This was made very real to me during the last 3 years. The reality is during past 4- or 5-years, major information breaches have become epidemic... The list is growing, and the public is not always informed "their personal information was stolen." 2 Credit Monitoring Agencies, Capital One, CMS and other Government Agencies have been Breached. I chose not to transfer any stored bank information "when forced to buy a new computer" for upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows XP... My new computer with "so called protection" was hacked within 3 months of purchase in 2016. I do not keep any bank, or credit card Infor on this computer and I avoid shopping online whenever possible. I get paper statements and make payments only on my landline. Today it's the only safe form of communication as it cannot be digitally hacked. I contact Customer Service when I have any problem or question. 2016, it was a Microsoft Computer Scam. Someone was able to remotely lock my computer up. I was hit with a Medicare Scam 2018. Yet nothing could prepare me nor anyone for Covid and what has followed... More than one tenant "in my owner occupied 4-plex" stopped paying rent. After an ER visit last week of Sep 2020, I needed to use UBER ride to get home at 2 am. It was the 1st or 2nd week after that visit when online fraud started. It was nearly none stop from beginning Oct 2020 to Feb 2021. Beyond crazy as multiple credit cards were hit several times. Even my bank debit card was hit near end of 2020... I was Overwhelmed, and I fell prey to a Debt Relief Scam... I had Fraud alerts on everything, and thought the worst was behind me. But I was wrong! Oct 2022, someone in El Darado KS stole my identity by mail. They were well on their way to stealing my whole life. I caught the address change, fixed it and was able to intercept a credit report they'd ordered. I learned from credit monitoring agency, 2 credit cards had false address change within day of identity theft. I learned thieves in El Daroda KS, likely obtained my personal information from the Breach of Capital One... My personal bank Credit Card and my Menards Card (Capital One) addresses were the only ones changed. And they were attacked at the same time the identity thieves change my home address to El Darado KS. Then again in 2023, about 4 months ago, someone tried to access another one of my credit cards. It would have happened except "my AAA credit card" had one personal question that is "not" in any other data base except theirs. It was only thing that prevented person from getting access to my AAA credit card. All credit card companies are helping watch my back as my personal Information is being sold and resold on black market. Once all personal information is on market, that information will be sold over & over even after my death. I am very grateful Commerce Bank always has by back. However, I will never go paperless nor use any kind of online banking app. I pay a high price to maintain a landline and since Dec 2020, I use AT&T's Smart Block for landlines. It prevents all auto calls from getting through... Great for keeping phone scams silent... I want to thank everyone I've talked to for helping keep me safe. Respectfully: Ms. Roberta Bellard
