Bill Pay FAQs

You can pay almost anyone in the United States, from your mobile phone provider to the babysitter.

Note: You may not make a payment of alimony, maintenance, child support, taxes or other governmental fees or court-directed payments through the service. For more information, please view the Bill Pay Terms and Conditions.

The date money is withdrawn from your account varies, based on the payment method. If a paper draft is used, a majority of the time, the money will be withdrawn when the check clears.

Note: There are some times the money will clear when the payment is processed. If an electronic method is used, the money will be withdrawn on the due date.

For more information, please view the Online Banking Terms and Conditions.

You may schedule a payment up to 360 days in advance. The calendar icon in Bill Pay shows the earliest available payment date for that biller.
With Bill Pay you can receive your bills electronically from participating billers, review or print them online, and then schedule payments at a future date, all in one online session. E-Bills are only available with Bill Pay through Online Banking or through the Commerce Bank Mobile App.
