Notary Services

Some documents, such as wills, contracts, deeds, etc., must be notarized in order to have legal effect. Commerce Bank offers notary services at most branches. Check with your local branch to see if they have this service available.

To prepare for your notary public service visit:

• You’ll need to bring a government-issued photo ID.
• Notary services are free for Commerce customers; all others will be charged a fee of $2. Fees subject to change without notice.
• Minimize your wait time by making an appointment. Select the branch you’d like to visit and click “View Location”.
