have had this card for several years and have had excellent service
When my card number was used by an unknown entity the Fraud Department of Commerce immediately issued me a new number and credited the charges.

Drury Rewards Visa credit card perks needs updating
I don't use the Drury Rewards Visa card, as the points leading to stays at Drury hotels are excessive.
Perhaps you need to update the amount of points needed for a stay and/or reduce the number of points needed to stay at a Drury property.
